Processing & Delivery Times

• Order Processing: All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 working day (Monday to Friday).
• Standard Deliveries (Parcelforce): Most items are dispatched via Parcelforce Next Day Tracked delivery once processed.
• Large Furniture Deliveries (XDP): To ensure maximum protection in transit, oversized or heavy pieces are routed through our specialist furniture courier, XDP, via their 5-day delivery service.

Tracking & Delivery Windows

• Dispatch Confirmation: Tracking details will be sent directly to you as soon as your shipment is booked with the carrier.
• SMS Time Slots: Please provide a valid mobile number at checkout. Our couriers use this strictly to send automated SMS tracking updates and allocate a precise delivery time window on the day of delivery.
